Melia the Magnificent

Description

When it came to real life, Melia Marcus rolled a zero. But what does a gamer do when they pull the shortest stick imaginable? They grind the crap out of it until they have more sticks. Born with a rare, terminal disease that took away everything she ever had or was ever going to have, Melia made the most of the little time available to her playing her favorite game, Fantasy Online, a virtual reality mmo. Inside the world of Ebonvale, she was able to do what she couldn't back home: things like running, jumping, and simply walking around. She spent hours, years, crafting equipment, completing quests, raiding dungeons, exploring the lands, getting to know the npcs, and most of all, creating a living, breathing world alongside the rest of the players. Sadly, Melia's weakened body only had so much time. A year after she passed away, the game servers shut down, and Earth moved on. Something, somewhere, wasn't satisfied with that ending. A hundred years have passed on Ebonvale and the world is blissfully content to let the era of peace brought about by the "ancient heroes" (players of the game) last forever. That's when Melia wakes up suddenly in the body of the character she spent ten full years building up: Meliastraza Obsidianheart. An Archdragon. With a very ominous class: [Destroyer of Worlds]. But death and destruction isn't really on the menu for Melia, who's much more concerned with keeping her new body fed. Gigantic dragons need a lot of calories! She'd much rather roam around, make friends, fill her belly, and craft ridiculous items than destroy any world. Though if somebody comes along and tries to make her into the next "dark lord" or something like that, they've got another thing coming. They're going to have to fight her for it, and that might be a problem for them, since Meliastraza Obsidianheart is level 3700...the strongest creature on the planet. Edit: After reading some comments and reviews people have given, I'm putting this here as it might help. What To Expect: -Updates Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8am PST -No romance. -Slice of Life. Not focused on fight scenes or action. -My writing style uses a lot of words. You'd know by the end of the prologue if this will bug you.
