This book is not your normal cultivation novel of e system novel either. The characters are young but not immature. There is plenty of nice banter but it does not overtake the story. While my review is still early you can tell that there is a large plan in place for this story. If you don't like the cliches of cultivation then rejoice because this doesn't have them or avoid the traditional tropes. But this not a system focused novel. Please continue to write author! And readers please enjoy

**Beyond The System** by Deoxynacid is easily one of the best takes on isekai portal fantasy I have seen. The fantasy world described is built on cultivation and a rigid military hierarchy governed by mysterious "systems." The way it is shown is very believable to the point that it seems like a fully realized society with its own rules and challenges. The take on cultivation magic is one of my favorite ones, it is not an overt approach of instant power-ups and wish fulfillment, but rather a more subtle depiction of energy manipulation requiring discipline and practice within a world that values strength above all. The world created is scarily believable, and the plot pulls you into it.**Style:** The style is easy to read and fun. The part that stands out is the way dialogue is written. Peter sounds like a modern teenager thrust into a terrifying situation, Thea speaks with the authority and frustration of someone who's studied cultivation her whole life, and the instructor barks orders with military precision. The way the characters speak fits them really well. The descriptions of cultivation techniques are also well done, you can guess what they do from the context and description, they are familiar enough to be accessible, but unique enough to feel magical rather than mundane.**Story:** The story is about a society that created a rigid hierarchy for itself with the advent of "systems" and cultivation, where those without access to power are left struggling at the bottom. In this world, our protagonist tries to forge a path forward after being pulled through a mysterious rift into a strange militarized fantasy realm. The cold indifference of the training system and the brutal hierarchy paints a vivid picture that pulls you in. The story progresses as Peter and Thea navigate their status as "Late Bloomers" while trying to survive increasingly demanding training.**Character:** Our character Peter is an ordinary teenager trying to get himself through each day in this

I guess I am writing after the author rework some chapters in the beginning! The story starts fast paced with the MC being thrown into another world! Then it slows down while new characters join the plot to give some guidance to the MC!The MC has a witty personality, which is fun to read since it's written in his perspective, he needs to use cultivation to keep up with automated systems that everyone gets!It is an interesting story, with characters exploring how the system works while trying to manually do the same things with cultivation! All this while being forced into daily battles, missions, and training for war!

Never given a review before. This story is smaller, so maybe it is a good one to start with. The start of the story is quite slow, and not only that, you can see where the author is in the rewrites. But man, does it get going. He subverts a lot of troupes common in the genre without making fun of them. Just adding his own creativity. The author really developed the style as they progressed through the story, and at the current chapter I am reviewing this at, which seems like a new arc, I love the MC's voice. It is first person, so maybe that is a turn off for most, and it usually is for me as well, but it just feels good here.Side characters. They are not. They seem like serious characters in the story, each with growth and their own feelings about the surroundings.Occasionally, especially at the beginning, they even feel like MC's themselves. (My favorite is Elric.)Let's see grammar. Yeah, some mistakes, most people point them out in the comments and the author seems to correct them 99% of the time.Story.This feels more like heavily xianxia-inspired than true cultivation. Though the author uses that term. The blurb does a decent job, but basically. MC is thrown into another world, everyone has systems, he does not, meets friend, cultivates, and adventure. The idea seems like creating the cultivating system all over again, but it hints that it may have existed already, and the characters are rediscovering rather than complete remaking. This is getting long.I guess to finish. It is good, the author listens, changes, and grows. The structure has been.Group story -> Solo adventure -> Maybe group story again (Most recent ch's)Read it. You won't regret it.

Great story. Look forward to seeing how the story progresses from here. The characters are all fleshed out well. The dialogue is fun and flows smoothly, which is a rarity on this app. The powers are held back and mysterious, as to not let us know too much at once. Overall, I’d recommend it to other readers.

Overall, this is an exceptional story for readers who revel in the classic "weak to strong" narrative arc, where an underdog protagonist, Peter, defies the odds through grit, growth, and sheer determination. An unconventional protagonist thriving in a world governed by systems. It evokes strong Mashle: Magic and Muscles vibes for me personally, just a little less humour. The author’s writing style is dynamic and immersive, effortlessly weaving world-building with character-driven moments. The relationships between characters are developed with care, avoiding rushed or forced interactions. The story has a great temple, the plot unfolds steadily without dragging or feeling rushed. The pacing allows room for quieter, character-focused moments while maintaining a steady buildup of anticipation, ensuring that every emotional or action lands with impact. The characters are absolute great, filled with charm and depth.Peter is instantly relatable, embodying the frustrations and aspirations of someone constantly earning their growth. Thea is equally memorable, with distinct quirks, motivations, and emotional contributions to the story. The grammar is flawless, showcasing a polished and professional level of writing. Sentences flow smoothly, with varied structures that keep the prose engaging without becoming convoluted.Descriptions are vivid but concise, avoiding unnecessary verbosity, and ensures the story remains accessible.

Everyone has a System but Me! Provides a fresh and entertaining twist on the system and cultivation trope.StyleOverall I like the author's writing style. The only reason that this category lost points for me Is that I don't normally prefer a first-person point of view. That said I would still recommend giving this book a try even if you agree with me on that point as it is written well and entertaining.StoryThe story has been enjoyable. I like how it has progressed so far and can't wait to read more!GrammarI saw no issues with the grammar while reading. But take this with a grain of salt as I don't have the best eye for grammar.CharacterI like the characters and the back-and-forth between Peter and Thea is enjoyable and had me chuckling a few timesIn Conclusion.I like the direction of the story so far and can't wait to read more. The characters are enjoyable and the story is going in a direction that is both refreshing and entertaining. I would recommend giving this story a try if you are looking for a new take on the system and cultivation genre.

Everyone has a System but Me! is a very well-written cultivation story.I enjoyed the writing style, the sentences flow naturally and the dialogue is charming. Personally, I'm not a fan of first-person perspective, but that's a personal preference and I got used to it fairly quickly.Grammar was great; I found no issues with it, but it's also not my strongest suit.As for the story and characters, I feel as though Peter, the protagonist, is too self-aware of the genre and not curious enough as to how he ended up in another world and what exactly is going on there. Instead, he is happy to just start cultivating, but to what end? With that said, Peter is very charming in an awkward sort of way and his relationship and interaction with Thea is very well written and enjoyable. The system and cultivation aspect is interesting and has a lot of potential and so far the world feels tough, but fair toward Peter, which is refreshing.I'm enjoying the pacing, the environment, and the training aspect - it's all fleshed out with a lot of potential - I just wish it had more of a personal stake.Overall, I 100% recommend this story for fans of the cultivation genre!

The author knows what he's doing. It's simple, yet sweet. Not over the top, but still above average- compared to most of the web novels I've read. The story has so much potential. The world is crafted quite well. It's a nice spin on the litrpg genre, where the mc is the only one without a system. And it also includes cultuvation for some reason. I enjoy the fact that the cultivation isn't excruciatingly easy or boring. The pacing is pretty okay.I'm not a major at English, but I haven't noticed a single grammatical error so far. Spelling errors are also absent. I really can't say anything especially bad about it. It's well edited. The characters are charming and they bring the story to life. I love the banter between the mc and Thea.Great start. Read it, you won't regret it.

The story is a pretty typical one for its trope. I appreciate the author not overloading the reader with too much information about the power dynamics all at once. The action is also pretty even paced as well.Peter the MC is just my type of MC. I love his voice and his attitude towards his new life. I adore his personality and his building relationship with Thea.I have no issues with the grammatical aspects of this story. The creator has done a wonderful job creating an immersive world that readers can lose themselves in easily and effortlessly.I would recommend for beginner readers of cultivation stories as well as intermediate.
